    I really like the Strong Lifts training plan, but the app has been lately getting slow. When I open it and try to start a new training it will hang there for a while until it responds. Sometimes it will crash and lose all the progress already done.

    First of all I really enjoyed the app the last two years probably...best app for 5x5 it won’t get any simpler especially if you buy the pro version...but now I needed to switch to “Strong” because your App doesn’t support the watch. All I want is log my workout just as simple as in the Iphone app and have my calories etc. counted. No other feature needed. If you could arrange for that I am back!

    Echt eine Super App mit ehrlichen Entwicklern. Keine nervige Werbung etc. Support perfekt wenns mal Fragen gibt. Die App führt Euch ein und leitet einen fast vollautomatisch durch das StrongLifts System und nimmt einem enorm viel Arbeit ab. Mann kann sich voll und ganz auf seine Workouts fokussieren. Macht richtig Spaß. Die Gains gibts oben drauf;-)

    Übersichtliche App. Mit der richtigen Ernährung Aufbau garantiert. Selbst wenn man eine Woche Pause macht erinnert die App einen und reduziert auf -10% um auf dem Level zu bleiben.

    Der StrongLifts 5x5 Trainingsplan ist ganz einfach dargestellt und passt sich automatisch an Steigerungen an wenn man das Training ausgeführt hat. Er nimmt mir das Rechnen ab und hilft sehr. Auch die Videos von Mehdi sind drin. Habe bereits erste große Erfolge erfahren dürfen durch den Plan, jetzt auch als App genial. Kann die App nur weiter empfehlen. Die Pro Version ist nicht notwendig, die Kostenfreie ist absolut umfassend und ausreichend, ähnlich gute Apps habe ich noch nicht gesehen.

    Um sich in den Grundübungen eine gute Grundlage zu Schaffen ist das StrongLifts 5x5 Programm sehr gut geeignet und die App nimmt einem das rechnen und "denken" ab, so das man sich voll aufs Training konzentrieren kann.

    Sehr gut zum Einstieg in ein Krafttraining oder zur Kontrolle für Fortgeschrittene. Die Vorführungsvideos hätte etwas detailierter sein können, zeigen aber schon das Wichtigste. Auf jeden Fall tolle App die ich beim Training nicht missen möchte.
