    The excersises are great, the only problem is the constant internet connection necessity. It would be great to be able to store the meal plan. Also, when I tried to listen to my Spotify music, I didn’t have any “Jillian’s voice” and from time to time, I hear what exercise I should do, but there’s no video.

    Ich hatte die App bereits vor einem Jahr probiert. Damals war sie etwas buggy. Jetzt funktioniert alles perfekt. Mittlerweile trainiere ich mit jm 5x pro Woche in meinem Keller. Man kann angeben, welche Geräte vorhanden sind und diese werden in die Übungen eingebaut. Es gibt verschiedene Fitneness Levels und Programme. Für Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene ist alles abgedeckt. Die Workouts sind kurz und vor allem kurzweilig. Ich merke insbesondere im Bauchbereich und in der Flexibilität der Schultern deutliche Verbesserungen

    Being a new mum on China tied to the apartment due to heavy air pollution, I tried the Baby Bounce Back program to help me get back to old shape. Amazing workout program which really made my body bounce back in no time. And it's easy to fit in whenever your little one doesn't need you right now. ;-)
