    Die App an sich ist nicht schlecht. Die Trainingspläne sind ganz gut und für mich toll da es mal eine Fitness App gibt die auch für das Fitnessstudio bestimmt ist. Nur schade das diese App noch nicht auf Deutsch Übersetzbar ist und keine Apple Watch App gibt. Wenn das noch folgt und dazu kommt ist diese App super!

    Die meisten Pläne sind allerdings für komplette Anfänger eher nicht so geeignet (5er/4er Split ist für Anfänger totaler Unsinn!). Mit einer gewissen Grundfitness/Gymerfahrung machbar und bringt Erfolge!
